Our conference is intended to embody a diversity of research perspectives from theoretical, foundational investigations, empirical evaluation, to practical case experiences. At the same time we will provide focused research forums through multiple themes by leading gurus in selected fields. The conference provides not only an opportunity for research results to be disseminated, but also for them to be evolved, refined and perfected for more significant subsequent publications. It is our aim to enable research results to be first published in proceedings, with subsequent opportunities for furtherance of these studies for publication in monographs and special issues in journals. Our ICMLC conferences are landmarks of our ongoing quest for developing a community of research excellence of this field.
